Scheduling & Client Policies

These policies apply to services booked directly through Dream Portal Collective. Please review them before scheduling or submitting payment.

Scope of Services

Dream Portal offers educational, reflective, creative, and wellness-oriented support. Services are not psychotherapy, medical treatment, diagnosis, or crisis care and are not a replacement for care from a licensed healthcare professional.

Regulated natural-medicine services are not provided through Dream Portal. Dream Portal does not provide, sell, share, store, or arrange access to cannabis, psychedelic substances, or natural medicine. No natural medicine is available through Dream Portal or at a Dream Portal retreat location.

Integration sessions provide support following a psychedelic experience, meditation, dream, or other meaningful experience. No natural medicine is provided, shared, sold, or consumed during an integration session.

Intake and Suitability Process

Some services require an intake and suitability process before the appointment. Depending on the service, clients may be asked to complete questionnaires, agreements, consent documents, and other intake materials.

This process helps determine whether the requested educational or wellness support falls within my training, experience, and scope. It is not a medical or psychological evaluation, and completing the intake process does not guarantee acceptance.

Clients must provide complete and accurate information. When additional medical or mental-health assessment appears appropriate, a client may be asked to consult a licensed healthcare professional before services can proceed. I reserve the right to decline or discontinue a service when I believe I cannot provide appropriate support within my scope.

Paperwork Deadline

If all required materials are not received by the 72-hour deadline, the appointment will be canceled and 50% of the service fee will be retained to account for administrative review, preparation, and reserved appointment time. The remaining 50% will be refunded. A new appointment may be scheduled after all required materials have been completed.

Payment and Acceptance

Payment reserves an appointment time but does not guarantee acceptance for every service.

If a client submits all requested information accurately and by the stated deadline, but my review determines that I cannot appropriately provide the requested service, the client may reschedule for a different suitable service or receive a full refund.

If an appointment cannot proceed because required forms were late or incomplete, the paperwork deadline policy applies. If information was materially inaccurate or withheld, Dream Portal may cancel the service, and refund eligibility will be determined according to the preparation already completed and the circumstances involved.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule an appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice without a cancellation fee.

For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment:

  • More than 24 hours before the appointment: 50% of the service fee will be retained.

  • Less than 24 hours before the appointment, same-day cancellations, and missed appointments: the full service fee will be retained.

These fees reflect the preparation already completed and the time that was reserved and may no longer be available to another client.

Exceptions may be considered for sudden illness, emergencies, severe weather, or other exceptional circumstances. Approval of an exception is not guaranteed and will be considered individually.

If Dream Portal cancels an appointment, the client may reschedule or receive a full refund.

Retreat Planning and Customized Services

The $99 Retreat Planning Session covers a 60-minute consultation to begin shaping a personal or small-group retreat.

Additional retreat planning, virtual support, in-person accompaniment, travel, materials, and other customized services are priced separately according to the length, location, number of participants, and requested level of support.

Before additional retreat services are scheduled, clients will receive a written description of the services, costs, payment schedule, cancellation terms, and any nonrefundable planning or reservation fees. No additional charges will be made without the client’s prior agreement.

Privacy

Information shared through intake forms and sessions will be treated with care and used to evaluate suitability, prepare for services, provide agreed-upon support, and maintain necessary business records.

Because ordinary email and online forms may have privacy limitations, clients should not use them for urgent, emergency, or highly sensitive communications unless specifically directed to a secure method.

Information may be disclosed when required by law, when necessary to address an immediate risk of serious harm, or when the client gives written permission. Additional privacy details may be included in service-specific consent forms.

Communication and Emergencies

Dream Portal does not provide emergency, crisis, or continuous on-call services. Messages will be answered during normal working hours as availability allows.

If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. In the United States, call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

Agreement

By scheduling an appointment or submitting payment, the client confirms that they have reviewed and agreed to these Scheduling & Client Policies and any additional service-specific agreements provided before the appointment.

Questions about these policies are welcome before booking.
